SOS : CHEMICAL WEAPONS USED - Please act decisively and send UN and ICRC rescue mission immediately.

Dear President Obama, Prime Minister Brown, President Sarkozy, Hon. Ki-Moon,

Please send Rescue mission to the North East Sri Lanka immediately to evacuate thousands of men, women and children being injured by chemical weapons and white phosphorous.

We are getting desperate calls from civil sources from inside the so-called "safe zone" in Sri Lanka. It's estimated by local sources that 150,000 men, women and children are in the "safe zone" which has presently turned into a hell on earth.

Civil sources state that Sri Lankan Government forces have begun their final offensive and are using heavy weapons, chemical weapons and white phosphorus against the displaced IDP population in a ferocious offensive to capture the remaining areas of the 'safe zone' not under their control.

So far over 4000 civilians have been injured, most with burn injuries, and thousands others killed in the past 36 hours. The injured are in desperate need of evacuation by the ICRC as the last functioning temporary hospital has ceased functioning due to continuous shelling and a lack of any medicines or medical supplies to treat the injured and dying.

This would be the final call from the "safe zone". Please act decisively and send UN and ICRC rescue mission immediately.
